cmsolarelectric 0 Report post Posted April 17, 2017 I have purchase a new computer, I am triying to install my existing nitro 11 pro software on the new computer but its telling me that the lisence is already used, I reset the old laptop where the software was installed, what needs to change in order for me to install the sofware on the new computer, i am only doing it on 2 computers, main at office and laptop. Steven Zakulec 60 Report post Posted April 21, 2017 You're trying the right things- all you should have to do is uninstall from one machine while you are connected to the internet, and then you'd be able to re-install on the new machine.
