Adding Metadata - by clicking on EDIT button

I want to add metadata to my documents to be published on the Internet. The goal is to be found by Google.

Where I can dot this is no issue and very clear:

1. Open your document in Nitro Pro.
2. Click File > Document Properties

But what will be shown in the Google (blue title) when my document is found: The Title or the Subject ?

And more important do I have to fill in each metadata keyword followed by ", and space" or just comma's or poitn comma's ? The total lenght is also very limited.

There is also a possibility to add more metadata by clicking on Edit.  In the  Name and Value fields you can enter new text and click Add. But what is the reason of this separate Name and value text field.

Does anyone know?
