Hat 0 Report post Posted November 26, 2017 Hello, While using nitro pro today my software suddenly deactivated and now won't let me reactivate with the same serial I was using before. I had no crashes or errors and the files I opened weren't new. The software now gives me an error -23. and says my licence is still active in a different computer. I haven't been able to find a solution to this without having nitro support. Nitro support ticket email points me to clever bridge support who then point me back to nitro support as this is an installation issue. Is there any way someone from NitroPDF can help me as otherwise I am being bounced by both support systems. I have been using Nitro PDF for 2 years with minor incidents.
