Trial to Purchase > Where is the Serial Number?

Hello, I signed up for 14 day trial. I received a Thank You and a Welcome email after installing the trial .exe.

Now I'd like to activate NitroPro. When I click "Activate" in NitroPro 11.0.6.326, a box pops open prompting for a Serial Number. In that box (see attached) there is a question, "Where can I find my serial number"?". When I click that, it takes me to a blank page. Where is my serial number for a new activation? I did not receive one in the welcome emails.
