jake3_14
I am using Nitro Pro 9 and MS Word 2010. The Nitro Pro 9 plug-in for MS Word 2010 stopped working awhile ago, giving me the error message "There is no creation process." What are the minimum versions of each product I must use in order for the plug-in to work?
Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted November 28, 2017 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted November 28, 2017 Hello @jake3_14, Thank you for posting on our Community Forums! Unfortunately Microsoft has changed the way the 'Print Spooler' works in Windows. Because of this Nitro Pro 9 cannot be supported. The PDF Creator built into Nitro Pro 9 will not work properly. Though other functions should remain usable. You have three options from here: 1. You could upgrade to Nitro Pro 11: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade 2. You could install Nitro Pro 11 as a trial (alongside your current installation), just to use the PDF creator. The Creator will remain after the trial has finished. https://www.gonitro.com/pro/try 3. You could install our alternative PDF creator, PrimoPDF: http://www.primopdf.com/ Hope that helps!
jake3_14
Does the PDF Creator in version 11 preserve hyperlinks during the PDF creation process?
Power User Steven Zakulec Posted November 29, 2017 Power User Report Share Posted November 29, 2017 I just tried converting a Word doc with hyperlinks using Nitro 11, and if "Convert links" was checked, the hyperlinks were preserved. Hope that helps.
