beejers 0 Report post Posted November 28, 2017 HOw long does it typically take to resolve the issue that comes up when an old computer crashes and you need to install Nitro 11 on a new computer. I have asked them to release the key so I can install on a new computer. 3 tickets issued into support and not a single acknowledgement of the issue or any offer of assistance. This should be simple.
