Nitro Pro 10 is the third version that I have purchased, and am considering upgrading to 11, but not if I can't access the most basic support functions in a timely manner once every few years. I had a hard drive fail and had to reload windows & all apps on a new HDD. I need to have my license key released so that I can activate the new Nitro 10 install.
