Rebekah Blanton 0 Report post Posted November 29, 2017 I just bought a new Windows 10 based computer and I love using nitro but I cannot get the files to preview in folders when Nitro is set up as my default PDF viewer. I am trying to edit Preview Handlers in Registry Editor however, Nitro Preview Handler does not even show up. Is there a key I can add for Nitro Pro 11 for Preview Handlers? If so what is it? Steven Zakulec 60 Report post Posted November 30, 2017 Hmm- I just checked, and on Windows 10/Outlook 2016, I can preview PDFs. I went to a folder with lots of PDFs in it, and I switched to Large Icons, and the icons change to the first page in the document. My suggestions here would be to try one or more of the following: Repair Nitro: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641 Fix the Office add-ins: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000001584 (The link says just PDF Creator, but the Office addins are an option in the tool there).
