Installation of printer driver failed

I’ve installed nitro pro 10 on Windows 10

There is a problem with the nitro pdf creator. When trying to fix it by reinstalling through support tool, as it is suggested by Nitro, it doesn’t work. “Installation of printer driver failed” pops up!

How to fix the problem?

I recommend that you download the latest version of Nitro Pro 10 from one of the links below.
 

For 32-bit http://install.nitropdf.com/pro10/en/retail/nitro_pro10.exe

For 64-bit http://install.nitropdf.com/pro10/en/retail/nitro_pro10_x64.exe

If you are unsure if your machine is using 32 or 64-bit, this will help: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/32/00000187

Once done, kindly try to print/convert again using the Nitro PDF Creator.

If this doesn't work, please submit a support ticket at https://www.gonitro.com/support/ticket so we may troubleshoot further.

I followed these instructions. Downloaded latest version of Pro 10. After installation, my license key is gone!
