Suzanne Lefebvre Posted December 1, 2017 Report Share Posted December 1, 2017 Hello all Nitro Support Case - 00152755 - I need to deactivate Nitro pro on a computer I have been having some technical difficulties recently. A computer which no longer works, to the point of no longer possibly starting, has a nitro licence on it. I would need to deactivate it on that computer and install it on a new one. I highly suggest you upgrade to Nitro Pro 11 and purchase Software Assurance since we no longer provide email support to users with no active Software Assurance.
