karen
Hi, not sure if this has been answered here or not - apologies if it has. Does uninstalling Nitro Pro 11 also deactivate the license ( 1-step process), or do you have to deactivate then uninstall (a 2 - step process?) If it is a two-step, is there a way to automate uninstallation on machines, say, via SCCM? Thanks in advance.
Power User Steven Zakulec Posted December 6, 2017 Power User Report Share Posted December 6, 2017 If Nitro is connected to the internet at the time of uninstall, the license automatically deactivates itself.
Jamie Tng
Can someone advise if we have to be connected to the internet to deactivate the license or can we do it offline ?
Power User Steven Zakulec Posted December 14, 2017 Power User Report Share Posted December 14, 2017 According to this article: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000001915 you can do offline activations, but it's more work than using the regular deactivation. Hope that helps.
ECM
How do I get a new Deactivation Certificate? My computer crashed before I was able to move it to another computer.
