hay510 1 Report post Posted December 2, 2017 I had to reinstall nitro after my computer had been wiped, but seems the license is still stuck on the old windows install. The program will not accept my serial number and says it is already being used. How do I go about getting my serial number reactivated so I can activate my new install?
