License Deactivation [Support Case 00153292]

Hello,

I am wanting to deactivate an old Nitro Pro 8 license for reuse where the machine has been lost due to hardware failure. I have searched these forums and found that this is only being solved by asking via topic until a program is released. If there is another solution please advise.
