Purselads 0 Report post Posted December 5, 2017 I'm starting to wonder. I love the product, but getting tech support when you purchase it, and cannot download it is IMPOSSIBLE. Frankly, I'm going back to Adobe, they at least respond to emails instead of auto generated crap that does nothing. I love your replies... Ticket not found, make another ticket. You do that, and then are told, it's not a valid question or just get ignored. I'm sorry, but when you purchase premium Pro and cannot use it, but paid for it, that to me is a rip off.
