Other license activation issue still requiring a response

Nitro Support Case - 00152992 - Problem with activation.

Hello.  I had this support case on Sunday.  I had two separate tickets.  One was answered but this one is still pending.

I have Nitro Pro 10.  I uninstalled one of the licenses and reinstalled it on a new computer.  I upgraded Windows 10 Home to Pro and now Nitro Pro 10 will no longer activate.
