Activation Failure 23- error code

I deactivated my Nitro Pro 9 license  from my old computer and tried to activate it to my new laptop but am getting error code 23 although I have no other active installation.

How can I resolve this issue?

@Ramon please try again. I've adjusted your license. I highly suggest to upgrade to Nitro Pro 11 since we don't support customers on previous versions with no Software Assurance any more. 

@GSP please send me a PM with your serial number. I was not able to find any purchase records under your email address.
