GSP Posted December 8, 2017 Report Share Posted December 8, 2017 I deactivated my Nitro Pro 9 license from my old computer and tried to activate it to my new laptop but am getting error code 23 although I have no other active installation. I highly suggest to upgrade to Nitro Pro 11 since we don't support customers on previous versions with no Software Assurance any more. @GSP please send me a PM with your serial number.
