Larry K. Reynolds 0 Report post Posted July 17, 2020 I have just been advised that I am now a member. I really need help and have responded to this post hoping I can get it. I have reported at least 3 times this week that when I launched Nitro Pro 12 (i think) it came up with an error. On this forum it indicated to deactivate and then reactivate. So, I deactivated but cannot reactivate. I really like this program and have used it almost 8 months without problem - then this!!! Is there a way you can reach in and simply activate this for me.
