I have just been advised that I am now a member.

I really need help and have responded to this post hoping I can get it.  I have reported at least 3 times this week that when I launched Nitro Pro 12 (i think) it came up with an error.  On this forum it indicated to deactivate and then reactivate.  So, I deactivated but cannot reactivate.  I really like this program and have used it almost 8 months without problem - then this!!!

Is there a way you can reach in and simply activate this for me. I can supply my serial number of course.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab and its serial number?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
