I also can not write a ticket, nothing works on their homepage, what's up? I buy since version 8 your product! Can you please help me so that I can buy the upgrade? It does not work on their homepage, you cannot create a ticket, there is no phone number where you can leave a message that anyone would return. It's like banging your head against the wall. And I want to upgrade from v.9 to v.11 (and PAY an upgrade fee), but they keep ignoring me. Very frustrating. Have you finally succeeded doing your upgrade?
