I also can not write a ticket, nothing works on their homepage, what's up? I buy since version 8 your product! Can you please help me so that I can buy the upgrade? It does not work on their homepage, you cannot create a ticket, there is no phone number where you can leave a message that anyone would return. It's like banging your head against the wall. And I want to upgrade from v.9 to v.11 (and PAY an upgrade fee), but they keep ignoring me. Very frustrating. Have you finally succeeded doing your upgrade? Please use this link to upgrade your copy to version 11: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade I tried it just now and its working fine. If the issue persists, I suggest using a different browser.
