Gavin Lewandowski Posted December 11, 2017 Report Share Posted December 11, 2017 Hi, I provide remote support for a Nitro user, recently the user has started to complain that Nitro is taking longer to launch and also longer to open and print files. The PDFs being used by the customer are around 12-20mb in size. Is there any form of caching that is performed by Nitro, or is Nitro timing out trying to locate something on startup, does the software write to any log files that can be retrieved to understand what is happening ?
