Reset my Licences Ref case: 00153471

Hi, I have recently changed my machine and want my key to be reset so I can use it on my  new machine. Please refer to Ticket ID: 00153471

Its been two days and there is no response from your side.

I have a similar issue, but response to my Case #00154209 was can't help because I don't pay for "Software Assurance"???  Surely there's a way to get my license key reset without paying more money?

Hi Laura,

i see in your recent license portal tool that my allowed activation are 2, what do we mean by allowed activations? if that means number of allowed machines then please help me. I recently changed my machine (again) and using this tool i deactivated my old activation and activated on new machine.
