Please reset my license ref. 00154322 (Nitro Pro license reverted to Trial mode)

Hi @Dwi,

Thanks for posting on our community forums!

I have made a change to the setup of your serial number on the system so you can now activate by going to Help in Nitro > About > Activation > input your Serial number > Activate.

May I ask if you are installing Nitro Pro within a virtualised environment? Please ensure the following on your machine:

1. Enable NetBIOS.
2. Enable at least one network interface adapter.

I hope that this resolves your issue. If you encounter any further problems, please do not hesitate to contact me again with a description of the issue and a screenshot of any error messages that you encounter.
