I have made a change to the setup of your serial number on the system so you can now activate by going to Help in Nitro > About > Activation > input your Serial number > Activate.May I ask if you are installing Nitro Pro within a virtualised environment? Please ensure the following on your machine:1. Enable NetBIOS.2. Enable at least one network interface adapter.I hope that this resolves your issue.
