FCCQ1 Posted December 13, 2017 Report Posted December 13, 2017 My laptop crashed and has been replaced under warranty (paperwork can be provided). I attempted to re-install but won't allow although I have only ever activated once and I seem to recall Nitro allows for 2 on my licence. Anyway, as I didn't have the opportunity to deactivate on my previous laptop, is there any way I can work around this. Also interested to upgrade from my Nitro Pro 10 to 11, but does the upgraded version no longer allow for PDF to convert to image files?

Your Nitro Pro 10 license is good to go, please try to reactivate. For future reference, you may use our license activation portal found here: https://www.gonitro.com/support You may upgrade your license to the latest version using this link: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade Just enter your serial number and follow the prompts to receive your new serial number and installation files. The latest version of Nitro Pro can still convert PDF to image files. Please refer to screenshot below:
