Nitro 10 refuses to load

When I try to start Nitro 10 I get a message "C:\program files\nitro\pro10\libcef.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000020."

I have reinstalled Nitro 10 twice and it begins working OK and later refuses to load again with the above error.

Do you have the latest version of Nitro 10? Hopefully if you're not on the latest version, installing that will work-  http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000001632

Thank you for your suggestion. I did try downloading the latest version on the Nitro website yesterday and so far it seems to be working OK - but I am not confident yet that the problem will not recur. The version downloaded yesterday had exactly the same length as the version I was using so I assume they are identical.
