Installation Wizard not finishing

The Installation Wizard is stopping abruptly during v. 10 installation. The error message is "22 - wrong license number." The correct license number is being put in and i can't uninstall the Trial version.

HELP!

Thanks for posting on our community forums!

Error 22 means the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro. Please uninstall your Nitro Pro 11 using this clean up tool:

http://install.nitropdf.com/support/downloads/cleanup.zip

Then download the latest version of Nitro Pro 10 from here:

For 32-bit http://install.nitropdf.com/pro10/en/retail/nitro_pro10.exe
For 64-bit http://install.nitropdf.com/pro10/en/retail/nitro_pro10_x64.exe

Once installed, activate your Nitro Pro 10 using your serial number.

Thank you and it appears to have worked. I need to activate the downloaded version, although under "Help" i do not see the activate option.

Hi @IDC,

From the Help menu, select 'About Nitro Pro'.
This is where the Activation option resides.
