jasoburch Posted December 21, 2017 Report Posted December 21, 2017 Hi, You recently released my licence number following a windows update and the above error message. There was another update due, so I de-activated my licence, did the update tried to activate again and am still getting the above message. I went to the licence activation portal and it tells me I have 0 activations, but still it gives the -23 error and won't let me activate. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that I can't use my software. I am trying to run a business. I need my software activated now, and how can I stop this happening please??

jasoburch Posted December 22, 2017 Author Report Posted December 22, 2017 Thank you. I'm back in business now. Does the activation portal work now? Yesterday it was saying I had 2 activations to use, but still it wouldn't activate.
