We have one users were the screen stays grey (as in the documents is not showing) No matter what PDF i use or repair/reinstall Nitro it is not working. -Stable version of Nitro Pro. -Works fine on other computers same version same PDF document. -When i perform an profile reset of the user, it works (as you may understand i dont want to reset the users profile for this small matter) What can i do to fix the problem?
