Deactivated using portal and computer, still can't reactivate

I used the activation portal to deactivate both my activations. It shows that there are 0 activations, but I still receive the 23 error message and am unable to activate nitro on my computer.

Hi @SBCI , Please try again. There was a conflict with an old activation that was causing the trouble.
