CMOS Posted December 30, 2017 Report Posted December 30, 2017 Howdy All, I've been using NP for a couple years but suddenly one day I get a message stating that my NP license has expired. When I tried to activate NP with my Serial Number it states "You have reached the maximum number of installations for this license". Nothing has changed on my PC. I have NP on a desktop and my laptop, but this has not changed for at least a year. So, why suddenly this issue, and how to fix? Thanks, CMOS

Please provide me the serial number of your Nitro Pro so I could check the status of your license. And also, please answer the following for me to properly assist you: -What OS is installed in your computer (whether it is 32-bit or 64 bit)? -What build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 11.X.X.X) -When did it start happening? Any changes you're aware of before this happened?
