Problems Uninstalling

Dear Friends, 

I bought a new Epson wireless printer and it seems to have messed me up. NITRO PRO 11, latest version would not print the PDF files, and other problems. I have supposedly uninstalled NITRO with the intention to reinstall, but when I run the Nitro.exe to install the program again, I am told "Are you sure you want to go? Sorry we will miss you". Simply it seems that I cannot uninstall the program, and I cannot reinstall it either. I am at a loss. I have tried to uninstall using the Nitro program, the Windows 10 uninstall program, and IO Bit Uninstall. None seems  to clean the system. Please help.

Please try these steps to uninstall using our Clean-Up utility:

1. Download our Clean Up utility: http://install.nitropdf.com/support/downloads/cleanup.zip

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000002038

2. Extract the utility to the desktop (it doesn't always run from the zip)
3. Run the utility
4. Reboot
5. Download and install the latest version of Nitro Pro from here: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/sunset/000001632

6. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number.

Dear Sir, I an the cleanup tool and then I downloaded the latest version. When the installation was attempted it I get the message, "Nitrro Setup Wizard has failed". This is very frustrating for me. I am using your program for many years and always buy the latest versions when they come out. But now I cannot get the program to work as it always has.  Thank you.

Dear Sir,

Thank you very much. These directions were most helpful and I was finally able to get a clean installation. It does take some time to find and remove all traces of the previous installations...
