Dear Friends,  I bought a new Epson wireless printer and it seems to have messed me up. NITRO PRO 11, latest version would not print the PDF files, and other problems. I have supposedly uninstalled NITRO with the intention to reinstall, but when I run the Nitro.exe to install the program again, I am told "Are you sure you want to go? Sorry we will miss you".
