Allison Posted January 3, 2018 Report Posted January 3, 2018 I purchased 3 licenses through Nitro Pro 11 in November 2017. I just went to activate the third license and it gave me -23 error, all licenses are in use. So I went to the activation portal and entered my serial number where it said I only have 2 licenses. I have the receipt that says 3. I apparently wasn't aware that I needed to purchase "software assurance" to get direct help from Nitro. I contacted cleverbridge and they couldn't help me. Can anyone help?
