Disgruntled customer 0 Report post Posted January 7, 2018 Apparently the answer to this is top secret, since the Nitro company will not help, but the problem I have is that the rectangles created by the drawing tool do not appear on either the document on the computer screen or when the document is printed. Please try to click the 'Hide Comments' button, then try to create a shape again. When printing markups, please make sure that 'Print Markup' under printer properties > settings is checked.
