Can the number of page sizes be reduced?

I only create a few paper size pdf's but Nitro gives me dozens to choose from.  I have to search the whole list every time I print.  

 

Is there a way to remove the ones I don't want?   Not likely I will need to print in Japanese envelope anytime soon.
