Thomas Archer 0 Report post Posted January 12, 2018 When I click on Nitro Pro to open, an error message appears which states: The service does not have sufficient privileges. Please reinstall. Has anyone experienced this? It has worked for over 6 months and now this happens. I downloaded the program but never received my hard disk back up. Please follow the steps found here: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/creator/000001584 If for some reason, the article doesn't show up on your end, kindly type in 'Pop Up: The service does not have sufficient privileges or File nlssrv32.exe is not current' on the search box and hit Enter.
