steven 0 Report post Posted January 17, 2018 My windows 7 laptop did an automatic windows update today and now I can't access NitroPro files. I get a message that reads "This service does not have sufficient privileges. Please reinstall." Not sure how to reinstall since my license key is stored in a NitroPro document and I can't access it due to the error. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
