PAHSOL Posted January 17, 2018 Report Share Posted January 17, 2018 Hello! I want to install the latest version of 11. I go to the Nitro web to download the latest version. No problem so far. When I start the downloaded file I get a message and can choose one of two: If I choose “No, I’ll stay!” nothing happens. If I choose “Yes, uninstall Nitro.” I get a lot of problems. Uninstall does not work and no update starts and I have to uninstall Nitro Pro using all sorts of steps and uninstall software including cleaning the registry from EVERYTHING that has to do with Nitro Pro. Otherwise I can’t install Nitro Pro again. AND when I install again I have to install the older version… Getting tired of trying… The Update function within Nitro Pro does not work at all. It says there is no update... How can I get everything to work, regarding updates, the way they are supposed? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Have you tried uninstalling using our Clean-up tool? If not, please visit this link:http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/clean up/000003054 Once done uninstalling / removing all traces of Nitro Pro, please reboot your machine. Then reinstall by downloading your Nitro Pro 11 installer from this link:http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/sunset/000001632 If you are not sure which to pick, this will help: http://support.nitropdf.com/entries/21503323-32-bit-vs-64-bit-installer After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number.
