Changing thousands separator for number in form field

Hello all,

I've just installed Nitro Pro 11 today and I'm trying out the form fields. I'd like to use a custom format; more specifically I'd like to use a different thousands separator than what is offered in the Separator Style dropdown menu in the Format tab of the Text Field Properties window. I've had a go at using the custom format category and wrote a custom format script, but I wasn't able to make it work.

Does anyone know how to define a custom thousands separator for numbers in form fields?
