recover old license

Hello

I need to recover three licenses that were purchased at my job. The problem is that the three computers where those licenses were installed were discarded and the three people no longer work with us. I have the license numbers that were sent along with the invoice, but I understand that they were later updated to a newer version and changed.
Is it possible to recover those three licenses?

We can definitely find the 'newer version' licenses and clear them so you may use them again (if need be).

Please include the following information:
1. Invoice and license numbers you have
2. Company name/ name of the account the licenses belong to
3. Reference Number (if you were able to take note of it).
