Orca IT Posted January 23, 2018 Report Posted January 23, 2018 The old logic board fried and i've now installed Nitro on a fresh install of Win 10. It used to work perfectly, but not anymore. It won't create a PDF from a txt file (or any other file for that matter). It also won't merge files. I use a 64 bit win 10 (just like before) with Nitro Pro 6 (just like before). When I install the test version of Nitro Pro 11 it works just fine, but I just want to keep using Nitro Pro 6.
Orca IT Posted January 23, 2018 Author Report Posted January 23, 2018 The message I get is "There was a problem during creation, the PDF was not created.
Power User Steven Zakulec Posted January 23, 2018 Power User Report Posted January 23, 2018 You can try fixing the Nitro 6 printer by following this:http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000001584 , but you should be aware that Nitro 6 has been unsupported for many years now (if it works, great, but no one's testing Nitro 6 on Windows 10).

Thanks. This didn't work for me, unfortunately. The thing is, I had it working on Windows 10 before and it was working really well and fast. So I know it CAN work, but now it doesn't. I have tried this before and after updating Windows from version 1703 to version 1709.
Orca IT Posted February 7, 2018 Author Report Posted February 7, 2018 Can someone please give me a solution?
