Donovan Posted January 24, 2018 Report Posted January 24, 2018 We have struggled with this in NitroPdf/NitroPro for years. Whenever we use QuickSign to sign a document and then save it, the signature does not show up in Windows or Adobe PDF readers (and probably others as well). The way we've had to work around this is to print the PDF as a PDF which is extremely inconvenient. We updated to the latest 11.0.7.411 version in hopes of a fix but it behaves the same way. Is anybody else experiencing this or has figured out why this doesn't show up?
Googleye Posted January 26, 2018 Report Posted January 26, 2018 Using the same build. Did a quick test with all three types of signature(handwritten, from file, draw) and they all showed up in Acrobat Reader DC, Chrome and Edge.
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted January 28, 2018 Official Nitronaut Report Posted January 28, 2018 Hello @Donovan @Googleye, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Please refer to below steps to fix this issue: 1. Navigate to %appdata%\Nitro\Pro\11.0\ and delete the 'Stamps' folder (you can copy this to another location if you have stamps or signatures that you need to backup). (NOTE: To navigate to that folder, simply add "%appdata%\Nitro\Pro\11.0\" to the address bar) 2. Reboot the computer 3. Repair Nitro via the Control Panel > Programs and Features 4. Open Nitro > File > New 5. Create a new quick sign signature using the Draw function and place it on the new/blank PDF. Cheers!
