Rotate Shapes

Is there a way to rotate the shapes in the review tab?

I work with pdf maps and most of the areas that need to be highlighted are not parallel with the borders of the page.

There is no rotate option for the shapes in the Review tab. You may go to this page to place this idea as a Feature request: https://community.gonitro.com/forum/12-product-improvement/

As a workaround, you may want to use lines or polygon lines instead to draw out your shapes, or use the Drawing (Pencil) tool. This might be a lot of manual work though.

 

Another workaround will be to find an image of the shape (with a transparent background) and use the Add image tool instead. In the screenshots below. I used a triangle with a transparent background, I got this with a quick Google search.

From the Review ribbon, go to Add Image. Click on From File, and choose the image file that you want to use.



You'll be able to rotate the image added, please see the screenshot below:
