When I enter serial # in upgrade eligibility checker, I receive an error. https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade "There's been an error with your submission. Please head to our community forum...." However, I am able to successfully query my license in the license portal. I have activated ONE of two available. https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal advise on next steps. thanks. -GA
