Nitro Pro 11 won't combine Docusign docs

Hi, we have just upgraded to nitro pro 11 from nitro pro 10, in nitro pro 10 we were able to combine docusign documents that we receive from our clients, since upgrading to nitro pro 11 it will not allow us to combine any of the docusign documents at all, it comes up with .pdf is restricted or has limited access to some features - and gives the option to ignore or cancel, if i choose ignore it then comes up with an error saying 1 of 1 fields corrupted or with bad format could not be added. this never happened with nitro pro 10, how can this be fixed so we can combine these documents?
