sharonmiller
Our office recently upgraded our Nitro to Nitro Pro. Since then when we open any PDF attachment from our Outlook we get a pop up saying "you should only open documents from a trustworthy source....." with the option to click off the the pop up grayed out. Does anyone know how we can turn these off? Much appreciated.
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted February 5, 2018 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted February 5, 2018 Hello @sharonmiller, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Since that option is a system-wide-change and not limited to the logged on user, you must perform this action with Administrator rights. As Outlook runs with user-level permissions by default, even when logged on as an administrator, you must explicitly run Outlook as an administrator to change the option. Please note that this setting is per file type. So disabling it for PDF-files as an example will not disable it for other files types. You'll have to repeat the below process of each file extension you don't want to be prompted again for. Cheers!
