Please restore license

I took two PC's to the Microsoft store. The first had a hard drive failure and they replaced the hard drive. The second had performance issues and they did a clean install of the operating system which wiped out all of my applications but kept the data intact. Please restore my licences (let me know if you need documentation from them). Thank you.
