Upgrade "check Availability" Failure

When I enter my serial number into the upgrade / check availability I get the following error message "There's been an error with your submission. Please head to our Community Forum and update us with your issue."

I checked your account and your purchase was refunded in 2014. This is why an upgrade using that serial number is not possible.
