CiaMariaPia
After a computer crash, I've reloaded Nitro Pro 8 and activated it. Computer is running Windows 7 Pro, plenty of available hard disk capacity. 4 GB RAM, Intel i7 chipset The NitroPro printer did not install even though NitroPro did. Thus I can and edit view PDFs ... but can't create them. Attempts to "repair" the program via Windows' Control Panel have not worked. Using the "Add Printer" route through the Windows' Printers and Devices window has not worked. Searching the knowledgebase for "missing NitroPro printer" and a variety of other similar statements did not even produce a usable thread. Suggestions? Thank you. CiaMariaPia
Mario - No luck. I had already tried "Method #1" without success. I tried at again this time with no better result. Method #2 resulted in the message "Installation of Printer Driver Failed" .... so still no success. Any other suggestions?
CiaMariaPia
Mario - I just removed NitroPDF from the computer, restarted, downloaded v8 from the NitroPDF website again, reloaded the software and activated it again .... and once again Nitro PDF won't install the Printer Creator of "print" to a PDF. I'm stumped....and still can't create PDFs. Tom
ericbbh
I'm experiencing a similar problem using Nitro 9 in win 7. I've executed the "repair" option, but with no change. Does anyone have any suggestions?
