Error 23 and license portal doesn't help me

Hello !

Recently i need to reinstall nitro pro 11 because of hardware issue.
I deactivated license on the software directly because i want to do it properly.

But in the new installation, when i try to activated Nitro, it say me the error 23 license already use.
And when i go to the license portal and click to deactivate it say me that :

What have i do wrong ?
And what can i do to resolve my problem ?

Hi @Pierre-André Nic,

I have made a change to the setup of your serial number on the system so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro.
