Suddenly, my Nitro Pro 10is not working well

Suddenly, my Nitro Pro 10 is not working well. It seems to have reverted to an unsupported version, as though I have not paid for a licence. I am unsure whether I should uninstall and reinstall.
Where can I go for help - I'd like to talk to someone via a chat link etc... ...frustrated.

Please try re-activating your copy of Nitro Pro via Help >> About Nitro Pro >> Activate. Let me know should this not work.
