@mike@newyorkdeli.co.nz a couple things I would try first:

1. Empty your downloads folder from any Nitro installation files

2. Use our cleanup utility. Instruction can be found here: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/utility/000003054

3. Turn off your anti-virus program.

4. Now install Nitro Pro
